Once payment is received and cleared, your purchase will be shipped. Delivery time can be as quick as the next day to a week.
PQChealth is required to collect sales tax for some items shipped to some states. We know….that is not as definitive as we would like either, but that is the current status of internet/catalog sales tax laws. Here are the details:
Each state has its own unique set of laws on exactly which types of durable medical equipment are taxable, and under what specific circumstances. If the item(s) you are purchasing is taxable in the state to which it will ship, the appropriate local tax will be displayed during the checkout process. To further complicate things, some items are tax exempt if the item(s) is being purchased for personal use as directed or prescribed by a physician or other appropriate health professional. If this exemption applies, you will be prompted to verify this during the checkout process, and you will not be required to pay sales tax.

Most purchases ship the same or the next business day after payment is received and cleared. Paypal payments most often clear right away. Products purchased during the weekend or on holidays will ship the next business day after payment is received. Most products ship within 24 hours during business days.
You are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping addresses including street number, street name including floor, suite or apartment number, zip code and phone number. Parcel carriers such as UPS and Federal Express charge up to $15 extra for address correction.
Free Standard shipping to all addresses in the contiguous USA, the 48 connected states. We can not ship to a PO Box, so please provide a street address for delivery. Shipping will be delayed until we have your street address. Please provide your phone number with purchase. The freight company requires your phone number and we can not ship without it.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, USA Territories, Canada and other parts of the world will cost a different amount. Please contact us before purchase, if you would like this product shipped to an address outside the 48 contiguous states to find out the actual freight cost.
Our goal is to ensure customers always select the right product for your needs. However, you may receive a product that doesn’t work for you. we also provide customers with timely service in the event a return is necessary. We recommend that you carefully read the following notes detailing our return policy:

- NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 10 DAYS OF PURCHASED.
- RETURNED PRODUCTS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND IN LIKE-NEW, ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS INCLUDED.
- ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL APPLY IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM THAT WAS INCORRECTLY ORDERED BY THE CUSTOMER OR ON NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS.
- ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE THE RECEIPT WITH THE MERCHANDISE(S) AND MUST BE RETURNED TO CURRENT ADDRESS OF PQCHEALTH. LABOR, DELIVERY AND SERVICE CHARGES ARE NUN-REFUNDABLE.
- IF THE RETURN ITEM(S) WAS PURCHASED WITH A CREDIT CARD, ISSUE A CREDIT TO THE SAME CREDIT CARD ONLY.
- IF THE PURCHASE WAS MADE BY A PERSONAL CHECK, WILL ONLY ISSUE REFUND BY MAIL AFTER 15 DAYS FROM RECEIPT OF THE RETURNED MERCHANDISE.
- FOR HEALTH CONCERNS, NON- RETURNABLE FOR HYGIENE PRODUCTS AND PERSONAL USE ITEMS: AIR MATTRESS, MATTRESS, BATHROOM SAFETY AIDS, COMMODES, CUSHIONS, BRACES SUPPORTS, C-PAP MASKS, SOCKS AND SHOES.
- ALL SPECIAL ORDERS AND/OR CUSTOMIZED ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.
- Cancellations after order has shipped are subject to all Fees.
- Prior Authorization
PQCHEALTH does not accept any return without a valid Return MERCHANDISE Authorization Number. Please Contact the RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION(RMA) department by Sending Email to
firstname.lastname@example.org or a call to 214-435-6663 for an RMA number before returning any product. RMA number can only be obtained by faxing the complete RMA form to FAX 972-336-6615.
- Restocking fee
A 15% RESTOCKING FEE APPLIES TO ALL RETURNS.
- Eligible for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For example, no cracks, scratches, dirty or marked tires, or any indications of usage.
- Cancelled Orders
Orders cancelled after the item has shipped are subject to all standard return policies. You must accept delivery, obtain an RMA Number and ship the item back to the correct address. If delivery of an item is refused, return shipping costs are deducted from the issued credit and a 25% restocking fee (minimum $25) will apply. Second-Day and Next-Day shipping costs will not be credited if delivery is refused.

Returned merchandise must be shipped freight PRE-PAID by customer:
Freight collect or COD returns will be refused.
RMA number must be marked legibly on the outside of the shipping box and mailing label. Please do not write on the carton itself.
RMA will not be processed on any merchandise, parts, or accessories not sold directly by PQChealth.
As soon as your return is received, PQCHEALTH will issue a credit to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your credit to be issued.
