Return & Refund Policy (E-Commerce Orders)

At PQC Health, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below:

  1. Return Window

    • You may return most new and unused items purchased through PQC Health's online store or Amazon within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

    • Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for refund but may qualify for warranty service if applicable.

  2. Return Authorization

    • All returns must be pre-authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    • To request an RMA number, please contact our service team at pqchealth2011@gmail.com and include your order number, item serial number (if applicable), and the reason for return.

  3. Return Conditions

    • Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories and documentation.

    • Items returned without an RMA number or beyond the 30-day return window will be refused or subject to a 20% restocking fees.


  4. Non-Returnable Items (for hygiene and safety reasons):

    • Slings, commodes, cushions, shower chairs, mattresses, overlays, mattress covers, air mattresses. 
    • Oxygen concentrators, pulse oximeters, and other direct-contact or respiratory equipment

    • Customized or special-order items

  5. Shipping Charges

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

    • If returned due to shipping damage, the damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within 3 days of receipt.

Warranty Policy

PQC Health’s Limited Warranty terms:

  1. Coverage Period

    • Most products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

    • Exceptions:

      • Non-mainframe wheelchair/power chair/scooter components: 6 months

      • Mattresses, seat cushions, batteries (original equipment): 6 months

      • Replacement parts and batteries: 90 days

  2. Eligibility

    • Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

    • Proof of purchase is required.

  3. Warranty Service Options

    • PQC Health may choose to repair or replace the item at no additional charge.

    • If the item is out of stock or no longer available, an equivalent or store credit may be offered.

  4. Exclusions
    This warranty does not cover:

    • Misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, and cosmetic damage

    • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

    • Products with altered or missing serial numbers

    • Damage caused by improper installation or power issues

  5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

    • Contact our service team to initiate a claim.

    • If the issue arises after 30 days of delivery, the customer is responsible for shipping the defective product back for evaluation.

    • Labor and shipping charges are not covered under warranty.

Additional Notes

  • Warranty terms are available with each product shipment and begin from the original purchase date, not the return or RMA issue date.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after inspection and approval.

  • Amazon orders will also be processed in accordance with Amazon’s A-to-Z Guarantee.
